WebVerix designs and builds websites for clients internationally. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers webverix.com only — not the websites we build for clients, which have their own policies.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we receive what you choose to enter: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number, your current website address, and whatever you tell us about the project. Nothing reaches us unless you send it.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. Simply visiting webverix.com does not set any cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, understand what you are asking for, and prepare a response or proposal. We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are sent to us by email and stored in this website’s database, on the servers that host the site. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

Third parties

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve the font files. Profile images are referenced from Gravatar. The WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and has its own privacy terms. No other third-party service receives data from this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they remain relevant to the conversation or to an ongoing working relationship, and remove them when they no longer are.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@webverix.com and we will act on it.

Changes to this policy

If what we do changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
