Service 02 — WooCommerce Stores

Online stores easy to shop, easy to run.

Stores set up so the checkout does not lose people and the admin does not fight you. Payments, shipping and stock configured properly, not left on defaults.

  • Timeline agreed upfront
  • Costs agreed upfront
  • Payments configured properly
  • You own the store

What's included

What your store
gets, as standard.

The parts that decide whether a store sells or quietly leaks orders.

01

A store designed to sell

Every product page is clear about what it is, what it costs and what happens next. Nothing on the page competes with the buy button.

02

A checkout that finishes

Most abandoned orders are lost at checkout. We keep it short, remove the fields nobody needs, and test the whole path on a phone before launch.

03

Payments and shipping set up

Gateways, tax and shipping rules configured and tested with real test orders — not left half-done for you to discover after your first sale.

04

Product management you can do

Add products, change prices, manage stock. No developer needed for the things you will do every week.

05

Built for phone shoppers

Most people shop from a phone, so that is where the design starts. Tap targets, image sizes and the checkout are all built for that first.

06

Room to grow the catalogue

Categories and attributes structured so adding a hundred more products later does not mean rebuilding the store.

Already selling, but losing people somewhere in the checkout?

Send us the store and we'll tell you where

The work itself

What this actually
involves.

Plain description of the work, with nothing hidden in a package name.

A store build starts with your products, not a theme. What you sell, how people choose between options, and what has to be true before someone is willing to pay. That shapes the catalogue structure before any design happens.

From there it is the product page, then the path to checkout, then the admin you will actually live in. We configure payments, shipping and stock properly and place real test orders before launch, so the first genuine order is not the first time the path gets used.

You finish with a store your team can run day to day, and full access to everything in it.

Fit

Where this fits —
and where it doesn't.

Better to know now than after the catalogue is half built.

This is a good fit if

  • You are already selling and suspect the checkout is where you lose people
  • You want to add and manage products yourself without calling anyone
  • Your current store slows down or breaks when the catalogue grows
  • You need payments, tax or shipping set up properly for how you actually trade
  • You want the store to belong to you outright

This is not the right fit if

  • You need a store live this week — proper configuration and testing takes longer
  • You want the cheapest possible setup. A configured store costs more than an installed theme
  • You want guaranteed sales figures. We can build the path; we cannot promise the numbers
  • You need ongoing ads or marketplace management — we do not offer those

How we work on it

From products,
to first order.

You always know what is being built and what is coming next.

  1. 01

    We learn what you sell

How your products differ, how customers choose between them, and what usually stops a sale. That decides how the catalogue is organised.

  2. 02

    We plan the layout

Categories, product pages and the route to checkout, mapped before design. A store that is organised well is a store people can actually shop.

  3. 03

    You approve the design first

You sign off the design direction before the build starts. Everything after that is built to match it, so the store stays consistent as it grows.

  4. 04

    We build and configure

Products, payments, shipping and stock set up properly, with the admin arranged around the jobs you will do most often.

  5. 05

We test the full buying journey

Real test orders placed end to end. Payment, confirmation, emails, stock movement — checked before a customer meets any of it.

  6. 06

    We launch and hand over

You get every login, and a walkthrough of the parts you will use. Nothing stays tied to us.

Questions

Questions we get
about stores.

Yours isn't here?

Ask directly and you'll get a straight answer, not a sales call.

Ask a question
How long does a store take to build?

It depends mostly on the catalogue — how many products, how many variations, and how much setup payments and shipping need. We give you a realistic timeframe once we have seen the product list, and tell you early if anything moves.

Can I add and edit products myself?

Yes, and the admin is arranged around that. Adding products, changing prices and managing stock are all things you do without us.

Can you move my existing store across?

Usually. We look at what you have, agree what carries over, and map old URLs to new ones so existing links and any search visibility are not thrown away.

What about payments and taxes?

We configure the gateways and rules for how you actually trade, then place test orders end to end. What we do not do is give tax or legal advice — that is your accountant.

What does it cost?

Every project is costed on what it actually involves, and agreed in writing before we start. Catalogue size and how much is custom are what move it. Send us your product list and we will come back with an indication of cost.

Who owns the store afterwards?

You do. Every login, the data and the build itself. Nothing is held back and no licence stays with us.

Tell us what you sell.

Send us your product list or your current store. You will get a considered answer on what we would do, an indication of cost, and whether we are the right studio for it.

No pitch deck. If we're not the right studio for it, we'll say so.
